Registration
HOW TO BROWSE CAMPS & REGISTER:
Explore the interactive Summer Catalog to browse all camp offerings. When you’re ready to register, click the Register button next to any camp, which will take you directly to the registration site. You can also log in to UltraCamp to filter camps by grade, week, or interest (view tutorial).
Please note that specialty camps can be paired together or combined with Day Camp for a full-day experience, with Parish staff escorting campers safely between all sessions, including lunch.
Please be sure to select the rising Fall 2026 grade for each child when creating or updating your account for this season’s registration.
Summer Perk: Register by May 1 and campers will receive a Parish Summer t-shirt!
WAITLISTS & DEADLINES
Early registration is highly encouraged to secure a spot in each camp. If a camp is full, you can add your child to the waitlist, and we will contact families in waitlist order if an opening becomes available.
Camps with insufficient enrollment will be canceled on a rolling basis beginning May 15 to ensure families have ample time to select another available program in its place.
Deadlines to Register:
- Camp: Registrations reserved after Friday at 10:00 a.m. the week before camp begins will incur an additional fee.
- Lunch: Registrations must be received by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. the week before camp begins.
- Snacks: Registrations must be received by Friday at 12:00 p.m. before camp begins.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A $25 one-time registration fee and $50 non-refundable deposit per camp will be collected during registration.
Payment options for 2026 include pay in full at checkout or the below flexible payment options:
- 25% at the time of registration
- 25% on April 1, 2026
- Balance due thirty (30) days prior to camp start date
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Families who need to switch or withdraw from a camp should email summer@parish.org.
- The $25 registration fee and $50 camp deposit will be retained for all canceled registrations. If Parish Summer cancels a class, all fees will be refunded.
- Prior to May 1, all camp fees, less the deposit and registration fee, will be refunded.
- After May 1, but 15 days (Sundays, 5 p.m.) prior to the camp start, 50% of camp fees, less the deposit and registration fee, will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days prior to the start of camp, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will not be issued if a child is dismissed for behavior reasons.
