Get ready to sweat, laugh, and grow stronger in our Panther Boot Camp designed just for sixth to eighth graders! This high-energy program combines fun and fitness to help students build strength, endurance, and confidence in a positive and supportive environment in preparation for fall athletics.
Each session will include a mix of exercises like agility drills, bodyweight movements, strength training, and cardio challenges. Every workout is designed to keep students engaged and motivated while improving their fitness and athleticism.
No experience is necessary—whether your child is a sports enthusiast or new to fitness, this class is tailored to all ability levels. Our focus is on helping participants set goals, build healthy habits, and discover the joy of being active.
By the end of the program, your child will feel stronger, more confident, and be ready for fall sports! This camp will be held outside and in the Parish weight room.
Participants should wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle.
