Tumblefun is designed to provide a fun, healthy week of exercise, games and nutrition education alongside tumbling activities.
Each day a new focus is introduced including floor activities, forward and backward rolls, balance work, donkey kicks, handstands and cartwheel prep. These skill-building activities are complemented with fun games, music, bubbles and rhythm streamers to improve flexibility, balance, coordination and fitness. Each day provides new and exciting activities and reinforcement of skills learned.
