Come have Tumble Fun with us! This program is designed to provide a fun, healthy experience of exercise, games, nutrition, and tumbling activities.
Each session introduces new activities including floor movement, forward and backward rolls, balance work, donkey kicks, handstand, and cartwheel prep. The skill building is complemented with fun games, music, bubbles, and rhythm steamers to create a positive improvement in flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.
