Week 1: Taylor’s Music & ERA Tour Intro
Explore Taylor Swift’s music and make a “song jar” with favorites.
Week 2: Rhythm & Movement – “Shake It Off”
Clap rhythms, sing parts, and enjoy a mini dance circle.
Week 3: Building Confidence – “You Belong with Me”
Work on projecting and confidence through singing and role-play.
Week 4: Expressing Emotion – “All Too Well”
Practice using voice and facial expressions to convey feelings.
Week 5: Group Harmony – “Love Story”
Learn harmonizing and teamwork in group singing.
Week 6: Songwriting Basics
Explore Taylor’s themes, create rhyming lyrics, and brainstorm a class song.
Week 7: Performing Solo – “Blank Space”
Build stage presence with supportive solo singing.
Week 8: Storytelling – “Enchanted”
Discuss storytelling in lyrics and create personal stories in song.
Week 9: Props & Performance – “22”
Enhance with props, basic choreography, and fun movements.
Week 10: Vocal Range – “Style”
Work on hitting high and low notes comfortably.
Week 11: Dynamics – “Wildest Dreams”
Practice singing with soft and loud dynamics for expression.
Week 12: Class Rehearsal – Medley
Rehearse top songs, refine transitions, and build confidence.
Week 13: Swiftie Showcase
Perform for family, receive a “Swiftie Certificate,” and celebrate with photos.
