Super Sport Sampler is a unique way for young boys and girls to enjoy fitness and sports. Every week a new activity is introduced so they stay inspired by experiencing over 15 different sports and sport activities during the semester. We focus on learning the basics of the sport but also incorporate fitness elements which help to develop critical skills like forward/backward movement, crossing the mid-line, gross motor, right/left brain stimulation, coordination and self-confidence. Sports selections include football, basketball, soccer, baseball, tennis, golf, lacrosse, track and field, volleyball and more. Mini lessons in both physiology and anatomy are presented to help children understand how exercise and sports contribute a healthy lifestyle.
