Kidokinetics’ Super Sports Sampler camps are designed to provide a fun, healthy week of exercise, games, nutrition, and sports activities.
Each day we’ll introduce a new sport or sport activity teaching the skills and drills associated with the sport. Sports activities include Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Baseball/T-ball, Football, Hockey, Obstacle Course, Hula Hoops, Jump Rope, PE games, Jai Lai (scoop ball), Throw & Catch, Relays and Parachute activities. This camp is a fun, first introduction to sports for children of all abilities! This camp will be held inside the gym.
