Dancers will use movement and music to tell stories inspired by classic children’s literature.
Enjoy craft-making, explore dance concepts, and participate in partner work to learn the basics of choreography. Each dancer will add their own creative choreography to an original dance story to be staged as a mini-performance at the end of the week.
Attire: Dance clothes and shoes are optional. Please send children in clothing that will allow them to freely move such as leotards, footless tights, dance skirts, shorts, sweatpants, t-shirts or leggings. Bring a snack and water bottle.
