This dynamic program introduces young athletes to a variety of sports, including golf, tennis, basketball, baseball, football, hockey, and more. Each session features a warm-up, skill-building drills, free play, a cool-down, and an age-appropriate lesson on anatomy and physiology. Designed to promote healthy habits, teamwork, and confidence, SportsPlay Jr. is the perfect way for kids to stay active, explore new sports, and have a blast!
This camp will be held indoors in the gym.
