This creative camp allows campers to embark on a world tour as they study a number of countries through art.
Campers will begin their journey in Mexico as they draw welcoming and colorful doorways. Next, they will journey to Africa and explore the design intricacies of African crafts. They’ll shed light on the Far Eastern design styles by creating an Asian paper lantern and design Paisley patterns, an ancient design embraced by many cultures. Their travels will end in Russia as they illustrate a mainstay of Russian architecture – the Onion Dome. Globetrotters, prepare to be explorers! Please send children in clothing they can get messy.
