This weekly practice serves as a foundation and preparation for future play in Middle School soccer.
Practice will focus on receiving the ball, maintaining possession, efficient and creative ball movement and mastery, and finding the back of the net as well as soccer-specific agility training. Players can expect fitness sessions using soccer-specific movements. Using individual and small group activities, the coach will offer maximum touches on the ball during fun competitive games. This class is outside (weather permitting); please pack appropriate clothing including shin guards, cleats, a ball and a water bottle.
