This camp is open to rising 6th and 8th graders who are interested in laying the foundation for proper movement technique in the Panther Weight Room before they get to high school.
The focus of this camp will encompass movement technique, general strength, weight room safety, proper spotting techniques, and speed/agility improvement. Participants should wear workout clothes and bring their own water bottle.
