This camp is open to rising 6th-8th graders who are interested in laying the foundation for proper movement technique in the Panther Weight Room before they get to high school.
Led by Parish’s head athletic trainer, this camp prioritizes essential elements such as movement technique, overall strength, weight room safety, precise spotting techniques, and enhancing speed and agility. Class will take place in the Panther Weight room and participants are encouraged to come dressed in workout attire, equipped with their water bottles for a dynamic and empowering experience.
