A mixture of drills and games will be used to develop players’ abilities no matter their experience.
Lacrosse is a fast-paced game which uses netted sticks and a rubber ball to score a goal. It is very accurately nicknamed the fastest game on two feet, and it is the oldest North American sport. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn under Parish Varsity Head Coach Jarrett Moffitt
Full equipment is required – helmet, shoulder and arm pads, gloves, and stick. Sticks will be provided if students do not have a stick. Please bring a water bottle.
