This introductory food literacy program teaches simple cooking techniques, food origins, seasonal recipes and kitchen safety. Each week students will be introduced to different recipes and will participate in prepping and cooking. This class is a great way for students to gain self-confidence and valuable life skills as they become familiar with the kitchen. Junior Chef is taught by professionally trained classroom educators, chefs, or nutritionists. This class can accommodate nut allergies only.
