This beginner-level choir teaches the fundamentals of performing music as a vocal ensemble.
Emphasis is on pitch, rhythm, voice placement, choral vowels, and two-part singing. Using songs of all styles and cultures, choir members will sing, dance, play instruments, and explore the magic of making music in an ensemble. The choir will perform at various events, some outside of school hours, and participation is highly encouraged. Dates will be communicated by the instructor at the beginning of the year.
Please note that Choir is also offered on Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m.
