High School Musical, Jr. (2 Week Camp)

  • Grades5-9
  • DatesJuly 5 - 15, 2022 (two weeks)
  • Price$650

We’re all in this together! The musical’s catchy, danceable songs are sure to engage performers and audiences alike.

Troy, Gabriella and the students of East High must deal with issues of love, friends and family while balancing their classes and extracurricular activities. Basketball team captain and resident jock, Troy, discovers that Gabriella, a girl he met during a family vacation, has just enrolled at East High. The couple cause an upheaval when they decide to audition for the high school musical. Although many students resent the threat posed to the “status quo,” Troy and Gabriella’s alliance might just open the door for others to shine as well!

Two-week productions are perfect for the student who wants to participate in a major production this summer! All the excitement of a full-length production crammed into two crazy fun weeks! Auditions will take place on the first day of camp (each participant will be cast in the show). Each actor will be asked to sing 1 minute of a musical theatre song acapella and may be asked to read a scene from the script. Roles will be given out the first day, after auditions, and scripts will be sent home with the actors.  Every camper will be assigned a role.

There will be performances at 5pm on Thursday and Friday of the second week of camp.
