This class is for students who want to enhance their athletic ability through athletic techniques and training with dance.
Dance for Athletes is for students who want to enhance their athletic ability through dance techniques. No dance experience is necessary. This beginner class incorporates agility, flexibility, footwork, balance and endurance. All these elements can help a student in a variety of ways to improve their athletic performance on or off the field. Students should wear loose fitted athletic clothes. There will be an optional parent observation class the week of March 7th. This is a non-performance class.
