Join us for a fun-filled class with movement, mindfulness, and creativity!
Each week brings a new themed adventure: soar on a magic carpet, journey through the jungle, or unwind with calming relaxation. Through yoga, storytelling, music, and art, students will stretch both their bodies and imaginations while discovering mindfulness in a playful, supportive environment. Daily activities include yoga, story time, mindful snacks, and creative art projects designed to inspire balance and joy.
