Two-week productions are perfect for the camper who wants to participate in a major production this summer! All the excitement of a full-length production in two crazy fun weeks!
Based on the beloved Disney animated film, and featuring a jazzy, upbeat score, Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun, complete with unbelievable twists and turns. In the heart of Paris, a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to Duchess, her high-society cat, and her three little kittens. Laughs and adventure ensue as the greedy, bumbling butler pulls off the ultimate catnap caper. Now it’s up to the rough-and-tumble alley cat, Thomas O’Malley, and his band of swingin’ jazz cats to save the day.
Please Note: Auditions will take place on the first day of camp and all campers will be cast in the show. Each actor will be asked to sing one minute of a musical theatre song acapella and may be asked to read a scene from the script. Roles will be chosen the first day and scripts will be sent home with each camper. Campers will be required to provide their own simple costume, and parents will receive inspiration images for each character the first week. Performances will take place at 5pm on the Thursday and Friday of the 2nd week.
