Director of Parish Extend and Summer
Jessica Rodriguez
Jessica is starting her tenth year with the program. As Director of Parish Extend and Summer, she works with our partners to develop a wide variety of classes in academics, arts, athletics and STEM. She is also responsible for parent and student experiences in PreK Extension, Extended Day and Explorations as well as in the Music and Dance Academies. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from SMU.

Associate Director of Parish Plus, Retail
Stephanie Pearson
Stephanie holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M and is starting her ninth year at Parish. In her current role, she oversees merchandise planning and purchasing for PAWS, in addition to retail operations and systems, events, and departmental and student special projects. Stephanie takes great pride in collaborating with students to identify emerging trends and understand their preferences – anything to contribute to enhancing the overall experience for the Parish community!

Director of The Academy
Ann Morgan
Ann is the Director of The Academy and is in her 5th year at Parish. In addition to overseeing The Academy, Ann teaches all levels of Latin in the Upper School; she also serves as the Subject Area Coordinator for World Languages. As Director of The Academy, Ann coordinates with Parish faculty to offer a wide range of courses to our students over the summer through innovative blended learning environments; she oversees course offerings, scheduling, and program development. Ann has a M.Ed. in Educational Technology from University of Arkansas, as well as a Ph.D. in Classics from University of Texas at Austin.

Phillip Page
Phillip Page is a transformative leader with over 13 years of experience in education and psychology. As Director of The Study, he combines clinical expertise and strategic vision to create comprehensive support systems for students with diverse learning needs. His background as a School Psychologist and experience across multiple school communities inform data-driven, personalized programs that foster both academic growth and emotional well-being. Under his leadership, Parish Lab, Parish Link, and Language Foundations have become models of innovation, integrating collaboration among families, educators, and specialists to build an inclusive learning environment.
